Entree Feature: Mushroom Bacon Butter Sirloin. 10 oz sirloin smothered with a mushroom smoked bacon and butter sauce with Yukon mashed potatoes and chef's vegetables.

Fish Feature:Tuscan Pan-Fried Swai. This special Asian catfish is smothered with spinach and tomatoes in a lemon butter sauce over Parmesan risotto.
