Pasta Feature: Arrabbiata Penne -Italian sausage and shrimp sauteed with red onion, capers and black olives, deglazed with a spicy, Cabernet marinara, tossed with penne and garnished with feta cheese.
Entree Feature: Blackened Sirloin Primavera with a Cajun Cream - grilled blackened seasoned sirloin over spring vegetables with a Cajun cream sauce.
Dessert Feature: Ricotta Limoncello Cheesecake, served with graham cracker crumbles, whipped cream, and mint.
