Fish Feature: Blackened Red Snapper over asparagus risotto with lobster hollandaise
Entree Feature: Chicken Marsala - pan-fried chicken breast smothered with onions and mushrooms sauteed with Marsala, finished with cream over wild mushroom risotto on spring greens.
Pasta Feature: Lobster Ravioli with Champagne cream sauce - smoked ham sauteed with asparagus and sundried tomatoes deglazed with champagne, finished with cream and tossed with lobster filled ravioli.
Dessert Feature: Grande New York Cheesecake with either strawberry sauce or blackberry sauce. (Serves 2)
