Spaghetti Carbonara - smoked bacon sauteed with black olives, green onion and fresh garlic, then tossed with spaghetti in an egg yolk fortified Alfredo. Try it with chicken or shrimp!

Fish Feature
Salmon Amaretto - grilled salmon, smothered with apples and mushrooms,
sauteed with amaretto over smoked bacon risotto.

Blackened Sirloin - seared blackened 6oz sirloin served with fettuccini Alfredo and chef's vegetables.
