hollandaise.

Pasta Feature: Cucina Lavello - sausage, pepperoni, and ham sauteed in garlic with
asparagus and red onion, finished in a smoked bell pepper Alfredo and tossed with penne.

Entree Feature: Smoked Pork Chop Marmalade - grilled 10oz chop, covered with a bacon
and onion marmalade, garlic mashed potatoes and chef's vegetables.
