Entree Feature: Cordon bleu stuffed pheasant breast served over wild rice risotto with a creamy Rose' sauce.
Fish Feature:Cornmeal crusted swai with cajun hollandaise - served with yukon mashed potatoes and chef's vegetables
Dessert Feature:Caramel apple cheesecake with cinnamon, sugar wontons.
